How to Return an Item

Log into your account and go to Order History
Select the order and click 'Return Item'
Print the prepaid return label and pack the item securely
Drop off the package at any designated shipping location

Eligible Items

Most items can be returned within 30 days. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

Non-Eligible Items

For hygiene reasons, certain items such as opened feeding bottles, used diapers, and intimate apparel cannot be returned unless defective.
